Investor Readiness Program

This program brings together the experience of Intelliversity advisors in the exciting areas of impact investing for innovative companies.

The objective of this program is to prepare you to reach your funding goals. Upon completing this program, you will be fully equipped to reach out to the community of family foundations, high-net-worth individuals and impact funds to locate those who share your passion.

This program is intended to fill the gap between the way you are trying to access capital now and a way that works.  The first method may lead you down a rabbit-hole and further years of frustration.  The second method may lead you through a wide green door to fulfilling your objectives and make the impact you seek.

The Intelliversity Investor Readiness program is a “platform” from which to launch your funding campaign.  Intelliversity will provide the following unique services as part of the Readiness Program:

Helping you craft foundational material, including:

• A modified business plan and Impact Statement that is appropriate for impact investors and mission-driven family foundations (modifying your existing plan)
• An offering that can be used either as an IRS-authorized PRI (program-related investment) or an MRI (mission related investment)
• A highly attractive deal structure that does not dilute your existing investors nor require you to give up your valuable equity (if possible)

Guiding you in preparing the offer, including:

• Your revenue-generation plan, so you can credibly demonstrate to investors the ability to generate sufficient revenue over the next decade
• Calculating the amounts of investment needed in each tranche of investment, and possible mixing of debt and revenue royalty financing to meet your capital goals
• Determining the specific terms of the offer for each tranche

Guiding you in preparation of essential investor presentation material, such as:

• Executive Summary and (optionally) matching videos pitching the key points
• Pitch-deck, investor website page, and due-diligence material
• Offering materials such as private placement memorandum (PPM) and investor agreement
